<p class="wp-block-paragraph">For this project in Plant City, FL, we were contracted to remodel five large commercial bathrooms located throughout an active office and warehouse facility. Because employees continued working throughout the renovation process, the team had to carefully schedule each phase to minimize disruptions while maintaining a safe, clean environment.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Leila Bath and Garage Addition in South Tampa reflects a <a href="https://www.hybridgc.com/2021/05/11/home-improvement-areas-that-pay-off/" type="post" id="3531">well-planned residential improvement</a> that enhances comfort, usability, and visual appeal.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This project focused on expanding an existing bedroom area to include a new master bathroom and walk-in closet while also restoring a functional garage.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Planning and Structural Modifications</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Work began with detailed preparation and structural adjustments. The existing concrete slab was carefully cut to allow for underground plumbing rough-ins, followed by a precise slab pour back to restore stability. Block work was modified by removing a former garage window and reshaping the opening to support a re-framed garage entrance. Rough carpentry included new wall framing and structural reinforcement to accommodate the added bathroom and closet space while maintaining alignment with the existing layout.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Bathroom and Interior Enhancements</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The new master bathroom was designed to balance style and function. A tiled walk-in shower created a clean, modern aesthetic, while a double vanity provided ample storage and daily convenience. New interior doors, exhaust fans with proper ducting, and carefully selected bathroom accessories contributed to a polished finish. Interior painting unified the new spaces with the surrounding rooms, ensuring a consistent appearance throughout the home.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Garage Restoration and Exterior Integration</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In addition to the interior improvements, the garage was fully restored and reintroduced as a usable feature of the home. This phase included reframing the garage opening and installing a new garage door that complemented the home’s exterior. The restored garage added both storage capacity and practical value, aligning with the homeowner’s needs while improving the overall functionality of the property.</p>
