Project Description:

2,800 SF full house interior remodel.  FHA 203K Bank loan rehab.  The scope of work includes floor plan layout changes, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodel, skylight additions, interior and exterior door replacements, and other finish work.  Budget for this project is around $100,000

Cutting in new French door opening for lake views.  The exterior wall was wet saw cut and a precast header was installed.  The two columns under header were poured solid with concrete. 

Master bathroom shower area.  We are pouring back the concrete that was cut out.  This shower will be a Walk-In (Curb less) Shower

Future master bathroom and closet area.  Rough in for free standing tub, toilet, and vanities can be seen in this photo. 

Kitchen Layout Change Progress with Electrical and Plumbing Rough-In.  The electrical shown will be for an island.  The ceiling was removed for 2 new skylights.  Walls were removed to open up space to the living room.
