]]> Hybrid Construction was contracted to build-out a 2100 SF Eye Doctor Office for Eagle Eye Vision in Westchase. The space was an existing bar/restaurant and required extensive demolition. Scope of work for the project included extensive slab trenching and cutting for room layout, plumbing and electrical rough-in/trim-out, concrete pour back, Wall framing and drywall including a radius soffit at the entry, new mechanical ductwork throughout, new acoustical drop ceilings, extensive millwork and countertops for exam rooms, reception, and kitchen, Luxury vinyl tile and porcelain tile flooring, paint, and finishes. The duration of this project was approximately 6 months from start to completion and the majority of the project took place during the height of the Covid crisis.
