Hybrid Construction was contracted to perform an office remodel to combine two office suites. The work involved coordinating and drafting the plans with our architect, submitting plans for permit, performing the work, and finalizing the county inspections.
The work details included, multiple areas of demising wall demo, electrical relocations, framing new bulkheads/headers, drywall work, ACT ceiling repairs, painting, carpet replacement, and installing a new glass wall. Value for the work was around $25,000 and was performed mostly on the weekends to avoid office disruption.
