Scope of Work:
- Convert odd shaped dining room into a 3rd bedroom
- Repair termite damage in Florida room and drywall ceiling and walls
- Complete gut of kitchen. Replace flooring, cabinets, granite, and appliances for under $10k
- New flooring in Florida room and master closet
- Remove carpeting to reveal Terrazzo floors
- Strip wallpaper from the entire house. Repaint ceilings, walls, and interior doors
Budget for repairs:
$35k
After Repair Value (ARV):
The value of the home increased $80k after repairs were completed.

What was the scope of the work that you had done?
“Drywall, electric, plumbing, new cabinets, new flooring, removal of wallpaper throughout the house, installation of new bedroom doors, throughout the home, repaint the entire home to include ceilings, removal of window hardware, removal and replace light fixtures, paint utility room floor, fascia, pressure washing, demo and complete remodel of kitchen, removal of exterior greenhouse, raising of floor in master closet. Many odds and ends type work.”
