This project was a remodel of a 15,000SF staffing office in Oldsmar and required a strict schedule coordination. Scope of work included office demo and re-configuration; electrical rough in for cubicles; bathroom remodeling; flooring; and interior painting. This was an active office with hundreds of employees, so all work was performed at night and on weekends not to disturb office operations.
