A home, located in New Tampa’s Hunter Green neighborhood, recently contracted Hybrid Construction. The homeowner’s desire was to do a kitchen remodel, as well as remodel their laundry room and two of the home’s bathrooms. During this construction, the homeowners decided that they and their family would still reside in the home. As such, we at Hybrid Construction decided that we’d perform the work in three stages. Completing all three of these stages only took a total of 60 days – which placed the completion of both the kitchen remodel and the bathroom remodel ahead of schedule.
It is interesting to note what some of the work that was completed consisted of. For the demo we gutted the entire kitchen and both bathrooms. This included removing wall paper, any fixtures in these rooms, and the flooring itself. Once the demo stage was completed, we made upgrades to these rooms which consisted of installing new cabinetry with quartz countertops. We also upgraded the plumbing and electrical fixtures. All this was finalized by painting the walls, doing some tile work, and installing travertine floors.
