Hybrid Construction was contracted to build-out 2 Crumbl Cookies stores. One was in Sarasota and the 2nd was in Westchase/Tampa. The Scope of work for the project plumbing and electrical rough-in and trim-out, full slab pour backs, new mechanical ductwork and RTU systems, new wall construction, finish millwork and countertops, tile flooring, FRP paneling, and new ceilings. Close coordination with the Kitchen and Oven Equipment suppliers was critical to sequencing and finishing the project. Both projects took approximately 90 days to complete from start to finish. Hybrid is currently in the process of building more Crumbl Cookie stores in the Tampa Bay area.
