Build-Out A Cafe Project in South Tampa

Hybrid Construction was contracted to build-out a 1500 SF Grain and Berry Cafe in South Tampa. The previous store was a Subway franchise and the space was within a large retail strip center. Scope of work for the project included extensive demolition, extensive slab trenching and cutting, plumbing and electrical rough-in and trim-out, concrete pour back, new mechanical ductwork, new acoustical drop ceilings, kitchen tile work, polished concrete sales floor, bathroom enlargement for ADA, wall framing and POS/Bar framing, stainless steel and granite countertops, equipment install, paint, and wall paneling. Close coordination between the Owners and Architect was necessary to ensure existing conditions and equipment layout would come together properly. The duration of this project was approximately 90 days from start to completion.
