Hybrid Construction was contracted to fully remodel the interior of a condo in a high-rise building on Bayshore Blvd. The condo was approximately 1,600 SF, 3 Bed/3 Bath, located on the 19th floor of 345 Bayshore.
The scope of work for the project included floor plan layout changes, along with complete remodeling of the kitchen, bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The transformation was challenging but turned out beautifully.
Close coordination with the owner and the building management was critical to keep the project on schedule and according to plan. Due to the positive reception with the project and building management, this led to additional work on other condos in the building still occurring to this day.
The duration of this project was approximately 4 months from start to completion.
