Hybrid Construction was contracted to fully remodel this home in Tampa. The property was approximately 1,400 SF, 3Bed/1 Bath, located in the South Tampa neighborhood of Ballast Point. The scope of work for the project included complete re-plumbing and re-wiring of the house. Slab pour back and drywall finishing. The full kitchen remodel included a new white shaker, all wood cabinets, quartz countertops, and a tile backsplash. New pre-hung doors and new vinyl Plank flooring throughout as well as painting the interior and exterior. The bathroom work included new wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, plumbing fixtures, and converting the tub to a walk-in shower. The duration of this project was approximately 4 months from start to completion.
